    Wanting a baby
I was on depo for 3 years and had an irregular period. My last shot was this past June I am no longer taking the shot. I am still having an irregular period; does this mean I can pregnant sooner? If not is it a good idea for Ovulex? HELP I am confused!!

It is normal to have irregular periods when coming off a birth control medication. Your body is trying to adjust to producing hormones at the right levels without the prescence of birth control meds.

The Depo shot can take up to 18 months to fully get out of your system.

I doubt if a medication like Ouvlex would do what you are hoping. Bottomline, if the depo shot is still in your system it is going to be hard to get pregnant. I don't think any medication is going to be able to help flush it out more quick.
