How much does it cost to get married? I want to know so I could just get my licsend. How much is that?

What state are you in? I think it just depends where you live. I live in Utah and mine was about $55 three years ago. Look up your states' or city's web site. Good Luck :)

Well as the above stated, the costs depend on where you live and if you are inquiring about getting married at the courthouse.

In Ohio, this year, my marriage license was $40. The judges at courthouses (at least in Ohio) do not charge to marry you :)

In TN it is about 110 dollars if you do not have premarriage counseling. And about 40 dollars if you take the counseling.

Like myelf there are many pastors who will do the service in private for a small donation.

LOL... it can cost a great deal, and I'm not just referring to money. But seriously, if all you want is a quickie wedding, you can go down to the town or county offices and fill out a marriage license and get it for about $40 or so. In some cases, you'll have to pay someone to perform the marriage ceremony, but that's not always so.
