I am a graduating Student this fall 07. I will be applying for OPT in fact applied. My first worry is can I go to india during my OPT?? I Have got a job in hand and will be joining from January. If I am allowed to go can I get married and later get my spouse on dependent to US. Kindly help me in my decision making

Requirements of joining a depent

I came on 11 feb as b1/b2 visitor visa and I wife is in us already as f1 holder.she is studying second year of her studies and completing in October.she got 3 years more visa .I want apply dependent visa but I have to show marriage here in nj,iselin or I can show my india's marriage certificate.how long it will take .can you please reply
