I am a 21 I have never missed my period before my last period was around the 20th of sep. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on oct 13 I took a test on the 25th of October it was negative the nurse told me to wait 10 days and come back since the doctor visit I have mild cramps that last for 5 minutes or less each day I have been feeling nausea, and I have been extremely tired through out the day and I get a full nights sleep my breasts are really tender, and I have been getting slight headachcs. And slighltly a little more emtional than usual, this coutdown is really stressin me out I have never missed a period since I started when I was 13. I want to know already please help...

It sounds very possible! WEBmd has a checklist and sympton checker, you may want to check that out, but it sounds very possible especially since you've always been regular.

All these signs point to pregnancy. Sometimes test aren't 100% correct, why do you take another testthat way you ca be certain= )

I would do a hpt and make sure if your last period was around 20th sept it would normally show by now, good luck
