Extremely small, tiny white bumps
I am sexually active 21 year old and last had sex a few days ago. The day after literally I noticed some small white bumps on the top of my penis and below the head. On top of this, I believe I had some itching around that area midway through last week. Since then I felt nothing and was surprised to see these very tiny small white bumps where there hadn't been any before. Before this past few days, I last had sex about a month and a half ago. Both times I wore a condom, so I know it can't be genital warts because there was no skin to skin contact. These bumps are not flesh colored, they are white and at first glance it looks like a white discoloring of the skin, noticeable only because the rest of the skin is much darker. They are extremely small and have not hurt or anything since the first itching stopped. (itching only lasted no more than a half an hour anyway, which is why I almost forgot about it). I know I shouldn't have, but I picked at one of these bumps and it let out a tiny bit of fluid and has since disappeared. The other bumps are still there and I have half a mind to do the same. They have not grown and the rest of my body seems unaffected. There are four clustered together very closely, and a fifth a little off to the side. What could these bumps possibly be? Fordyce spots? Bacterial infection of some sort? Can one get warts/pimples in the penile area and it not have a thing to do with hpv? Someone told me that wasn't possible. Anyway, I do have a doctor's appointment soon, but I was hoping to get some sort of closure on this. I'm not exactly sure what to think.
Thanks
