    Tub In Need!
See here is the problem . When we go to shower the tub don't drain. We are standing in about 2-3 in. Of water. It takes about 2-3 hrs for the tub to drain we tried plunging it out and a bunch of black stuff came out so we tried it again. Still won't drain Our bathroom sink don't drain well either it takes about 20 min for it to drain. When we snaked the bathroom we only got a little bit of hair out of there we poured drano down the tub to see if that would work and nothing... Still standing in 2in of water.

The bathroom was just put in 5 months ago so all the fixtures are new?

    Any suggestions?:

Both bathroom sink and tub won't drain? Sounds like you have clog that is deep in the pile. You said you snaked the bathroom did the person you're the manual small snake the you turn by hand or the professional powered one? If it was a manual snake the clog be to far to back to reach in which case get a plumber to snake it out.

You have a partial blockage down stream from the bathroom fixtures. The solution would be to snake the drain line with a power snake from the lavatory roof vent or pull the toilet and snake from there. Good luck, Tom
