Tipzy, you haven't stated how long your dog hasn't eaten. How much do you feed her? Did she possibly eat something that she shouldn't have when you weren't looking? If she has only turned her nose up at one meal, see if she will eat at the next feeding time. Is she drinking water? Is she pooping? Does she have diarrhea? All of this is important to figuring out if she is just being finicky or she needs to see the vet. Without having much else to go on, I would say that if she is not eating by tomorrow morning, you need to call the vet and bring her in for an exam to see what is going on.
