    Civil summons?
I recently received a letter yesterday from the sheriff office sating that they have a civil summons and was trying to contact me. I don't know what this could be about, unless its where im behind on child support. Is this possible this could be about child support or would they take another route?

It could be about child support. It could be a subpoena for you to appear in court regarding your late child support payments. The judge will probably establish a payment plan and order you to stick to it. I'm curious as to why child support payments aren't garnished from your wages?

The child support amount was set but I was supposed to pay directly to her that was something we both agreed on and it was OK with the court. Is it possible to be aressted on a civil summons?

The amount was set but the court, also agreed that it was all right for me to pay directly to her. Is it possible to be arrested on a civil summons?

No. A summons is an order to appear. Only a criminal subpeona would be bring the possibility of arrest.

Instead of speculating get the summons, then you will know what its about.
