    Sinking pipes.
We have pipes leading from our toilet and sink, when we redecorate, how do we go about sinking the pipes or putting them out of view.

"sinking the pipes or putting them out of view." the only pipe on a toilet that is in view should be the incoming fill line and stop cock, this one? The drain and supply pipes under a sink can be enclosed with a vanity cabinet or just a fabric skirt, pretty old fashioned though.
