    Theft under 5000
What is the application process for a diversion program? Do only certain people apply for it or can anyone get one. If so how do you go about doing it?

    Hello c:

I'll reiterate, you need a lawyer. If you only understood that the stuff you're doing, and the stuff you're trying to do, are only going to wind up HURTING you in the long run. They're going to ENSURE the prosecution get's a conviction. You're going to ENSURE that you get a criminal record. You're going to ENSURE that you're treated shabbily by the prosecutor AND the judge. You're going to ENSURE a bad outcome...

But, you don't know that, do you?

IF you spent as much time trying to get a lawyer as you do screwing around with your victims and pissing them off, you just might be better off. You might even find one you CAN afford. You might even find one that will take payments. You might even find a FREE one.

But, you're going to screw around and snitch on yourself instead, aren't you? Then when you get screwed, you're going to blame the system, and how the system screwed you over. I know people like you. I've done time with plenty of them.
