    How to delete NTFS partition from dos
    Hi Everyone,

    My first question is that when I try to boot my HP PC it keeps reboot n reboot after first windows xp logo comes n doesn't enter to windows. I have windows xp on NTFS partition... I tried to recover it through System Recovery disk it aborted after boot from system recovery disk. The System Recovery disk has WinME

    My Second question is that how to delete NTFS partition from dos

    If anyone can have answer for this problem and share his or her idea with everyone will greatly appriciated... Thanks

    Sound like windows xp is corrupt its trying to start but missing files. Deleting the partition you will lose the everything you know this? Files and drivers! There is a link below make no sense to recreate the wheel.

    If you have a Windows XP cd, you can try booting to it and doing a repair of the OS partition from the Recovery Console. If not, you can just boot to the CD, delete the existing partition(s) and install Windows XP cleanly again. Hopefully you won't have to replace your hard drive first.
