I received a court summons on October 7th and went to court and filed the papers for them to validate I received a call from the attorneys this week and we made an agreement for me to pay $100.00 a month. I sent them a letter on Wednesday to make a written agreement and they got it yesterday I sent it certified mail. I now checked the courts on line and I have a court date for November 30th at 9:30 a. m. I was told by the attorneys that there wouldn't be a court date. Is this set up automatically by the courts or the attorney and can the attorneys cancel the date once I make the first payment?
