Love bugs?
<should have read like this>...
Hi I live in Florida and there are these black bugs that are about the size of large house flies. Well, they seem to fly around in pairs, you know, kind of stuck to one another. Butt to butt. We call them love bugs. Well, they are everywhere! I mean, in a 10 minute drive, my car is PLASTERD with them!
How do I get these off the car?
<answer>
For as long as I've been going down to Florida, in that part of the season, (spring and fall) I've seen screens put on the front of cars like nose bra's.
I would keep mine heavely waxed and use only bug and tar remover.
Lay a damp towel over the bug splats overnite to soften them up.
They have been known to eat your paint alive, so be attentive to this.
I just got back from Florida today and couldn't believe that only 2 bugs hit the glass in the whole trip!
Grab a few FABRIC SOFTENER sheets, yes, the ones you use in your clothes dryer.Quote:

I was all ready to tell you use a crow bar, a water hose, or your bare hands. But then I'm a grumpy dad like that. LOL.
