These are VALUES out of the (Whitman OFFICIAL RED BOOK ON UNITED STATES PAPER MONEY 1861 TO date . I will agree that a coin or paper money is as vaulable as what someone like a collector makes them ,to be this is what the actual values set in the books You can go to walmart, books a million, even most liberies have books you can check yourself.
