I'm am almost 10 weeks pregnant and my mom told me that I can't use mouthwash because it haves alcohol in it is it safe to use crestohealth which is alcahol free?

Yes it is safe. Even with alcohol it wouldn't damage the baby.

Goodness, that's an old wives tale. Yes, it's safe to use, you are just swishing and spitting, now swallowing. Even if you were swallowing the percentage of alcohol in mouthwash is not high enough to cause any damage.
