Can anyone here help me with this jukebox?

I'm sorry for the impertinence. I really could use direct online help. I need to go out. If they are around then I'll see... but other than that I guesss I'll just have to deal with this

We do this in our own spare time for free. We are not paid to sit at the computer to help others. It is Saturday and people are most likely spending time with friends and loved ones. When someone who does know the answer to your problem comes online, I am sure they will respond.
