I have a friend who had a close head injury in the military while married to his now separated wife. After the injury he fully recovered and they had another child she began cheating on him they soon separated. My friend is considered legally disabled because of his closed head injury but is fully functional he pays 800 dollars a month in child support but only gets to see his children 10 hours a month. How can he get increased child visitation the ex-wife only lets him talk to the children on speaker phone and if she doesn't like the conversation she hangs up the phone and sometimes has the son to ask for money. She lives with the man she cheated on him with and has the children calling him daddy. ,:( , Faye
