I would take another one. Your HCG levels double every 2 days... so if you are pregnant, 3 days may have been enough time to have your levels rise to register on a pregnancy test... make sure to use FIRST morning urine!

If this test is negative, you need to call your doctor and request a blood pregnancy test.
