To whom it may concern,
This is an urgent cry for help. My older brother who lives in Africa is recently diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease and also has diabetes. His condition is deteriorating. We would need dialysis and eventually transplant but as he has spent all he had going from one hospital after another before his condition was diagnosed. He were told by doctors that the dialysis and transplant would cost a lot of money. We were also told that due to his chronic condition, he would need urgent treatment perhaps abroad.
This is a cry for help to anyone who could help in anyway possible to please contact us as soon as possible before it is too late.
