Kind of hard to give advice to that... hmmmm.
Lets start with not getting drunk, it would have never happened otherwise.
Second, dump him!! He's really a jerk if he's been going around telling people about you and his affairs. The rumors will die down overtime, unfortunately however if your 14 there will be other rumors because your sleeping around.
Third, style?? Is there a style for that? Don't do things like that to please guys. Do what makes you feel comfortable. If it really bothers you, you can get a bakini wax at certain tanning salons, or nail shops. Kind of weird but people do it otherwise they wouldn't offer.

You pick the style, there is no set "style" to shaving the pubic region. Some shave all and some shave parts, as to leave a sort of design and some just leave that area natural. About the guy - dump him. Any guy who would go around and you got drunk and allowed more play than you might have not, had you been sober, is not worth any effort on your part. I would be more concerned about why you got drunk at 14. Is this a pattern for you? Do you drink often? Drunk people do things they often regret and wish they could forget. Some girls even end up pregnant. You are on the way to that if you do not wake up to consequences of your actions.

About the rumors - rumors come and go. It will be all the hot topic now but it will die down. Sure, there may be someone who might remember what this guy said, but honestly, that is not going to count. You will be far better remembered for your character now and in the future. Do not let one incident mark you for life. No one is perfect. We have all done at least one thing we wish we could take back. So we learn from those things. As you have also learned.
