How do I change from 110v to 24 volts thermostat... I have a 3 zone heating systemsystem but only one is 110 volts

To change from a 110 volt to a 24 volt zone you will have to replace the valve and add a 24 volt transformer. You could also use a relay, transformer, and thermostat but that can be tricky.
