I have been on depo for five years, I decided to stop taking the shot right before it was due in July. I had unprotected sex, and today is the last chance I have to take the morning after pill, should I worry that I might become pregnant after being on the shot for five years. I haven't had a period in about 3 years therfore making it difficult to tell if I am pregnant.

Yes you should worry. Not all women get pregnant right away after Depo, but some do. If you are not ready for parenthood you need to protect yourself.
