    Security Deposit-Month to Month
    I currently have a month to month agreement with my landlord. I notified her on October 1, 2007 that I will be moving on the 1st of November. Is the termination date of my lease October 1, 2007 or November 1, 2007?

    I would guess November since you will be there through October.
