My computer is slowing down.
Hello, When I make any action "like changing a web page" my computer slows down and in my Windows task manager it shows that my CPU usage history spike all the way to the top. I haven't added anything new to my computer lately and in fact I have gotten rid of a few things to try to speed it up. I do keep a lot of pictures on here (about 3000),and a few short videos and I believe they have been duplicated through out time since I have been using photo-smart premier. Anyway my computers a mess, and I would like to know if I should be setting up a bunch of recovery disks, or do I put the pictures on their own disks manually, and then delete all of the pictures and videos? Maybe that isn't the problem, is there a way I can get a diagnostic through PC doctor 5 for windows? If it would help I can send info about my physical memory and commit charge and kernel memory.
