Both me and my ex spouse live in new York State and I pay him child support. Two years ago he agreed to accept less than what he was entitled to. If he asks for increase , how much of an increase can he get percentage wise?

I think I just read an hour ago about a man giving 15% of his pay to his baby's mama and the new ex wife was going to get hers now, does that sound too low, I think it was in NY too.
