    Regrouting old tile
My house was built in the 40's and it has that little mosaic tile. There are a few places where I need new grout but most of it just needs to be cleaned up.

Do I have to dig out ALL of the grout? Is there something that I could regrout with that would stick to the old grout and make it look fresh? What about some of the new epoxy grout?

Id try some clorox to clean it with, maybe a tooth brush on the grout lines, now if it is a color grout then it may bleach the color. But if your going to regrout the whole floor then it really doesn't matter.
They do make a dye for grout that you can buy, it goes on like a paint,
