My car wont turn so I figured it's the starter.I WANT TO REMOVE AND REPLACE the ENTIRE starter motor any cables to and from it.time isnt of the essence i have another car.but im trying to set up a decent bucket for my sis to drive to school.;

You should test for 12 volts getting to the small wire at the starter solenoid when the ignition key is turned to the start position first, does it not even click, is your battery good and strong, head light test is no good. You can just clean up the cables but for your sister it would be nice to replace the battery cables.
