Hi I would like to say thank-you to all of you that answered my question. I did manage to find out how to do it. For future reference for anyone else who may have the same problem. On my laptop at the bottom of the keyboard there is a key with FN on it you need to press this at the same time as the screen print key then open word document and paste.
