well i was wit someone for a yr and 11 monthsz and i found out jus a couple daiisz ago that he was cheating on me the whole entire time.. it hurts soo much because he looked me straight in da face and told me i wud never to nuttin to you and i love you.. and even dough i told hym if u ever happen to want sumwun else dont do it behind my back jus tell me... did he nope!.. soo i lost trust in guysz:mad: cuzz of this situation and dis is da second tiime it happened... n no wim depressed and sad dat dis person i loved for soo long hurt me soo bad.. soo how do i get over or deal wit it?? help!!!

Its going to be a long journey to heal properly. Right now you may think that you will never be able to trust again but that is probably quite normal. First of all I hope you have cut off all contact with this guy.

Focus on yourself for the next few months, and better yourself. I know this sounds vague but it really helps to focus on something you want to do for yourself.

Use this time to get to know yourself, find out what it is about you that you attract and are susceptible to dishonesty. Were there things you ignored? Were you too accommodating?
There are honest guys out there, but you need to examine these past two relationships so that you'll know what to look for and not ignore in the next one.
I'm not saying this is your fault, but since this has happened to you before, you need to be aware of things to look for and when you see things that seem suspicious, don't ignore them.
