I currently pay child support to my ex spouse. Two years ago he agreed to accept less than what he is entitled to. How much of an increase can he get if he asks for one? We live in New York State

It depends on the changed circumstances if there are any. If you make a LOT more money than you did, then he's going to get more support. But nobody knows what a judge will do - nobody.

Do you have his agreement in writing?? If not, you're in trouble. You're going to owe back support.
