Hey last time I had my period on 21st of September I have regular periods but this time I am late for my period as well I am not getting any period pains but I have got a light backache abdominal pain but it comes on and then goes away pain in upper legs and sore breasts , enlarged breasts I have had sexual intercourse

Well the first thing you need to do is to do a pregnancy test because these are all the symptoms of pregnancy. If the test is negative then see your doctor. But it sounds to me that you are pregnant.

If you haven't taken a hpt yet, take one. If its negative, wait until your next expected period. If it doesn't arrive, go see your doctor.

We could all sit here and guess until we are blue in the face. Take a home pregnancy test as Lilmsperfect suggested, if its negative you need to go see your obgyn.
