Sounds like he likes you. When people find opportunities to talk to each other, laugh about little things, and constantly poke at or prod and tickle each other, that's a good indication. Or the fighting that's not really fighting, it's really flirting. You could try to initiate something, like asking him if he'd like to hang out with you (or maybe his friends and yours).

If he didn't, he wouldn't pay any attention to you at all. Anything he does or shows towards you, means he does care about you.
Why don't you talk with him? Just think of anything to say, like "Hi", or whatever. If he wants to talk with you, he will.
