Most women ovulate around days 11-17 of their cycle.

The fact that you have irregular periods could definitely interfere with your ovulation time.

I would suggest seeing your doctor, let them know you are Trying to conceive and discuss options to help regulate you. My OBGYN put me on a med called Prometrium to regulate me.

I had pretty normal periods and my ovulation date was still off. I ovulated closer to the beginning of my next cycle. Every woman is different. My doctor recommended having sex every other day.
