My wife does not enjoy sex any more due to certain physical conditions. Am I to spend a celibate life style?

Are the conditions diagnosed, or is she just saying she has conditions?

I know this is going to sound silly... but could you not still be intimate with your wife, I don't mean sexually to the extent of full sex, but everything but, if that makes sense?
