    Those dreadful TOE CRAMPS
I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I am getting a lot of toes cramps, At first I noticed them a few weeks ago when they came on while I was walking now their waking me up in pain.
Is this from the pregnancy and what can I do?

Get your s/o to give you leg massages and foot and toe massages, it will cure your problem and promote intimacy during your pregnancy.

Please stay away from the foot massages, they are known to cause labor. Yup true story. There are nerves in your feet that respond to every area of your body.

This could be from increased or decreased calcium intake. You should check your calcium intake and adjust it appropriately. How about potassium? Are you getting enough? Unfortunately, you may just have to wait this out.
