We have a 5 year old Kenmore Elite gas dryer which work fine at times and turns off (even after multiple starts) before the clothes are dry at other times. We received a class action law suit notice on this model (110.73942101) and other similar models a few months ago but have since lost the paper work. Does anyone know how to contact the firm(s) responsible for this suit so we can be included?

As I understand this, if you haven't paid for any repairs within three years after you bought the dryer, you should exclude yourself from the settlement. You don't want to include yourself because you will settle for nothing since you paid nothing for repairs, and won't be able to pursue a claim for a repair in the future. If you exclude yourself you retain the right to pursue a claim on your own behalf.

Hopefully someone will confirm that I understand this correctly.
