    Can someone please tell me What the importance of make-or-buy studies for a company is ?

    The nutshell is to address these two issues:

    1. Financial: Is it cheaper to make or buy?
    2. Managerial: If significantly cheaper to make, do we want the additional employees and equipment to manage?
