    Overnight visits appropriate
Should newborns have overnight visitation, at what age is it appropriate I do not feel comfortable with overnight visits for my newborn and don't know when I will be okay with it.

I wouldn't see why a newborn should need to have overnight visits other than grandparents or aunts watching them so you can have an evening to yourself. I don't know what age would be appropriate but I am sure when the time and situations arise you will know.

Are you meaning visitation for the father or a family member? My son would stay the night with my inlaws when he was a baby so my husband and I could have a night to ourselves. If you are talking about the father then, no. I wouldn't let him have an overnight stay. I say this because of the way you say you are not comfortable with overnight visits. If you are not okay with it, then it doesn't need to happen. I don't know your entire situation so its hard to give you my entire opinion.
