    Baby fat
I had a baby 3 years ago and I am still trying to loose the weight. The only two things I am worry about is my lower belly and arms. I fell like no matter what I do it's not working. I don't want to make my arms muscluar, but trimmed. The same with my stomach. Does anyone have any tips? I eat right. I exercise everyday. I walk, do sit-ups, weights, and the eliptical.

Here 2 that are good for the arms, 1 set of 12, try to work up to 16 reps in the beginning. And use both exercises, one after the other.

Using dumbbells (hand weight around 5 lbs) Hold weight in hands and bend over parallel to the floor, tighten abs, bend elbows and pull them even with your back, (behind you), straighten arms behind you, squeezing triceps and slowly lower back down.

Sit or stand and hold one dumbbell with both hands, elbows bend, behind your head(90 degrees), straighten the arms, squeezing the triceps.

For the stomach, crunches, walking, (try to walk a mile, or at least one hour, for best results), side twists, swimming or biking. It's a lot harder to tighten the muscles in the stomach area after a baby, it takes 4-5 days of total exercising the whole body 30-60 minutes each time, and good nutrition, which you seem to be on top of.
