So, I am only 6 weeks pregnant. About 2 weeks ago I noticed a small raise in my lower pelvic area. Now the raise or bump has gotten bigger. Is it possible that this is the baby? I know that they baby is not even 1/2 and inch yet. I took Clomid so I have a higher risk for multiples. If I am carrying more then one baby would it cause this bump? I am very confused and would like some advise.

Are you talking about a larger then normal baby bump or an isolated lump?

Most likely it would not at all be the baby. You are far too early. If you are carrying multiples I guess your uterus could be "showing" early. I know that many women carrying multiples will show much sooner. I would contact the doctor and describe to him/her what you are feeling. They will be much more able to answer than I.

I am going to the Dr on Thursday, so I will talk to her then, but this didn't happen with my son so I was freaking out a little.

I am 12 weeks pregnant and at 8 weeks or so I looked 5 months! Don't worry, its totally normal. My scan shows that instead of my baby growing with the womb, my womb has had a growth spurt and the baby will catch up! Worry not! X
