Break a lease because of bugs
I recently just rented a studio apt in Missouri. Before renting the property I came to check out the place. It was clean new carpet and newer tile. The neighbors where kind of scary. But I signed the lease. Later that I day I started to notice my lovely roach infestation. As soon as I saw the bugs I called the landlord/property mgmt and requested to have my house sprayed. I've sprayed the house and set off fogger as well. The bugs won't go away! I constantly call my landlord demanding that this situation be fixed. I haven't slept a single day in that apartment since renting it last Friday. I want to know if I am entitled to have my deposit, first months rent back, and break my lease for this matter so I can move out.

If you can document the infestation and the landlord is not able to fix it, you should be able to get out of the lease/
