How do u get a suntan to go away after having it for years?

Please also inform whether it is your skin type or do you get suntanned by going under the sun? İf you used to get suntanned yourself then the answer is very simple: From now on always apply sun protection cream- and prevent staying under direct sunlight before 16.00 for long time.. İf you do what I say you will see that in a month time your skin will get lighter and lighter. Don't forget that your skin can't suddenly change color..

If you stop tanning, your suntan will gradually fade away on it's own. The cells in the epidermis sheds every 28-30 days causing the tan to fade.
