    Eviction in Florida
Two tenants did not pay rent in October. A 3 Day Notice was delivered and an eviction has been filed in the applicable County. The tenants are not responding to any means of attempted communications. They have left a non tagged vehicle in the driveway. They broke out a window (property request to enter the property was posted and 24 hours later our handyman put plywood in the window). There is still personal belongings in the, thank you very much, trashed home. Must a landlord in Florida wait for the entire eviction process before entering what appears to be an abandoned home to commence clean up?

Unless you can prove abandonment, then yes you have to wait for a court to allow you to retake possession.

Not sure about Fla, but in Teneesse, yes wait, in Tenessee it gets really stupid, abandoment is not covered property under the law,

So your best bet is to follow though the eviction process
