    Propane gas fireplace insert
I have a propane gas fireplace insert. I turn the pilot light off and close the propane tank off turning the summer. I now need to use my fireplace insert for heat. I have opened the tank up and filled it. I can get the pilot light on and it stays on with no problem, but I can't get the fireplace lit. Is there air in the lines, and how can I get rid of it? Thanks

You could have a electrical circuit problem not allowing the main valve to open. If the pilot lite is lit you have no air in the lines problem.
