Can someone please help me with the wire diagram on a 92 cavalier? Where they come from and witch post they go on, on the solenoid? Thank you

Begin by insuring that the battery is fully charged and that both ends of both cables are clean and secure.
On the starter, the larger wire (black) on the larger post is directly from Battery Positive. The smaller wire (purple) is from the Ignition switch trugh the PRNDL switch on an A/T or through the Clutch Start switch for a standard. That purple wire needs to have a minimum of 9.6 VDC to actuate the starter solenoid and begin spinning the engine.
