    Kind of gross
MY husband and I are trying to conceive. We have been told after intercourse to lay on my back and elevate my pelvis for 30-45 minutes, but after that when I stand up its seems like the semen run out. Is there enough sperm left inside to get pregnant or does the sperm come out also.

There are kajillions in each ejaculate. The sperm are in the semen and flow wherever it flows.

It takes only one sperm to fertilize one egg.

I'd be more worried about where the egg is.

    That's gravity for you :)

Ejaculate is a mixture of much more than just sperm. When your doctor told you to elevate you pelvis, that tatic is to allow enough time for the most amount of sperm to head in the right direction and be picked up by your bodily fluids and carried the rest of the way.
