I am missing one of the wires that goes from the thermostat to the furnace. I can't find the other one but can you tell me where it should go. I have a very old oil burner that has been converted to gas. If you can point me in the right direction I could probably figure it out.

The red will go to RH and the white will go to "W, if you have more wires then the yellow will go to "Y" for cooling and the green will go to "G" for fan operation. Good luck, Mike
