I have come to New Jersey, US on a B1/B2 Visa from India.
I wanted to see Niagara Water Falls from Canada side and return
Back to US. Is there any arrangement like Tourist Visa Stamping
On port of landing. I would be staying for one night and return back.

Getting in to Canada wouldn't a problem so I assume you are wondering about returning back into the US? I think you would have to re-apply for the same B1/B2 visa as I don't think there are provisions to keep the visa active once you exit the US. Contact the USCIS, there should be a phone number on the documents you have already. I could be wrong, I don't know a lot about visitors visas.
