How Can I Rid Off My Dark Eye Bags?

I am 23 years of age and my eye bags are really dark. All my friends really notice my eye bags... what should I do to get rid of them? Please help me, thanks

I'm 37 and have developed eye bags about 5 years ago. I no how you feel. I've tried many products on the market both cheap and expensive with no luck. Someone has advised me on derma fillers. I will be trying them out soon and will let you no of the outcome.
