    Can I add an elbow?
Somebody previously set a toilet flange flush on the concrete floor ,for some reason they cut the flange off flush at the floor... Is there someway to add an elbow without breaking the concrete floor because I am moving the toilet to a new spot roughly 2 to 3ft away.It is 3 inch PVC pipe

Nope, you are going to have to break up some concrete to move your drain. Only other option would be to raise the toilet onto a platform to allow room for your elbows. That will not go over well if you have a wife.

Bal's correct. You'll have to break up cement to move your toilet. Raising it on a platform would add two 90's on to the closet bend before the discharge got out of the floor line, not good plumbing practice. Break up the fl,oor and 45 over to the new spot. Good luck, Tom
